The Johnstown Jets Midget U16 team hosted the Berks Bruins in a pair of games this weekend at North Central Recreation Center.  On Saturday night, the Jets fell behind early in the contest 1-0, but came back with 4 unanswered goals lead by a pair from Vince Walters along with goals by Devin Smith and TJ Smith to set the final at 4-1.

On Sunday, the Jets fell behind 3-1 early in the third period before coming to life.  JJ Cavrak got the Jets to within 1 and Tyler Trostle scored to tie the game at 3 late.  With 59 seconds to go, Tre Pridgen went on a beautiful end to end play to notch the game winner with Trostle adding his third of the game into the empty net to set a final of 5-3.

The team travels to Cleveland next weekend for a pair with the Lumberjacks.
